       锡林郭勒草原是世界驰名的四大草原之一，是我国天然草原最有代表性和典型的地区。锡林郭勒盟民俗文化特色鲜明，素有“博客之乡”、“长调之乡”的美誉。独特的草原风光、灿烂的蒙元文化和浓郁的民族风情展现了锡林郭勒盟浑厚的历史文化积淀。全盟现有A级旅游景区23处，其中，4A级旅游景区11处、3A级旅游景区5处、2A级旅游景区7处，国家全域旅游示范区1处(二连浩特)，

       自治区级全域旅游示范区3处(锡林浩特市、多伦县、乌拉盖管理区)，全国乡村旅游重点镇1个(多伦县滦源镇)，全国乡村旅游重点村2个(多伦县滦源镇大孤山村、太仆寺旗宝昌镇边墙村)，自治区级乡村旅游重点村5个(西乌珠穆沁旗浩勒图高勒镇脑干哈达嘎查、乌拉盖管理区哈拉盖图农 牧场乌力吉敖包分场、多伦县滦源镇大河口村、多伦县滦源镇温塘河村、二连浩特市格日勒敖都苏木赛乌素嘎查)，自治区级乡村(牧区)旅游接待户45个。

       Xilin Gol grassland is one of the world’s four famous grasslands and the most representative and typical area of natural grassland in China. Xilin Gol League has distinctive folk cultural characteristics and is known as the “hometown of epics” and “hometown of long tunes”. The unique grassland scenery, splendid Mongolian and Yuan culture and rich ethnic customs show the profound historical and cultural accumulation of Xilin Gol League. There are currently 23 A-level tourist attractions in the entire league, including 11 4A-level tourist attractions, 5 3A-level tourist attractions, 7 2A-level tourist attractions, 1 national whole-region tourism demonstration zone (Erenhot), 3 autonomous region-level whole-region tourism demonstration zones (Xilinhot City, Duolun County, Wulagai Manage ment Zone), 1 national key rural tourism town (Luanyuan Town, Duolun County), 2 national key rural tourism villages (Dagushan Village, Luanyuan Town, Duolun County and Bianqiang Village, Baochang Town, Taibus Banner), 5 autonomous region-level key rural tourism villages (Naoganhadaga Village, Haolegaole Town, West Ujimqin Banner; Wuliji Aobao Branch of Halagaitu Farm and Animal Husbandry Station, Wulagai Management Zone; Dahekou Village, Luanyuan Town, Duolun County; Wentanghe Village, Luanyuan Town, Duolun County; Saiwusu Village, Gerileaodu Sumu, Erenhot City), and 45 autonomous region-level rural (pastoral) tourism reception households.
