锡盟现行用电价格公式表

    注：1.上表所列价格，均含国家重大水利工程建设基金0.1125分钱。2.上表所列价格，除农业生产用电外，均含大中型水库移民后期扶持资金0.23分钱、可再生能源电价附加0.1分钱。3.对城乡“低保户”和农村牧区“五保户”家庭每户每月设置15度免费用电基数，分别按照表中居民生活用电第一档电量电价标准收取及返还。4.对执行居民生活用电、农业生产用电的电压等级在35-110千伏及以上的用户，按表中1-10千伏所对应的电度电价标准执行。

       Note.：1. The prices listed in the table above include the National Major Water Conservancy Project Construction Fund of 0.1125 cents. 

2. The prices listed in the table above, except for agricultural production electricity, include the post-resettlement support fund for large and medium sized reservoirs of 0.23 cents and the renewable energy electricity price surcharge of 0.1 cents. 

3. A free electricity base of 15 degrees per month is set for urban and rural “low-income households” and rural pastoral “five-guarantee households” families, respectively charged and refunded according to the first-tier electricity price standard for residential electricity consumption in 

the table. 

4. For users with voltage levels of 35-110 kV and above for residential electricity consumption and agricultural production electricity consumption, the

       注： 1.表中各电价含增值税，线损及含交叉补贴，不含政府性基金及附加。 2.参与电力市场化交易用户的输配电价水平执行上表价格，并按规定标准另行征收政府性基金及附加。其他用户继续执行目录销售电价政策。

2. The transmission and distribution price level of users participating in the electricity marketization transaction shall be implemented according to the prices in  the above table, and government funds and surcharges shall be collected separately according to the prescribed standards.
