Xilin Gol League Telecom’s local network resources are abundant and can meet the network transmission needs between all points within the league. In 2021, the deployment of the government-enterprise OTN network was completed, and the OTN network using electrical cross-connection can provide a variety of customer interfaces and realize access to different rate services; it can realize protection and scheduling of large-granularity services, ensure transparency of service transmission, and its electrical cross-connection capacity can reach 10T.        一、锡林郭勒盟联通全盟光缆资源

1、全盟各旗县市城域网18619.159皮长公里、干线2734.58皮长公里，国际干线83283.04皮 长公里。

2、网络出口320G，接入、网络延时9ms左右。

       二、移动网络覆盖

全盟省级以上道路覆盖率33.8%，全盟整体住宅覆盖率78.9%。人口覆盖率93%，3G，4G，5G 现有基站3100个，5G网络城区覆盖率90%。

       I. Xilin Gol League Unicom’s optical cable resources throughout the league. 

       1.The urban area network in each banner/county/city has a length of 18619.159 kilometers and a trunk line length of 2734.58 kilometers; the international trunk line is 83283.04 kilometers long

       2.The network export is 320G and the access/network delay is about 9 ms. 

II. Mobile network coverage. 

The league’s provincial-level and above road coverage rate is 33.8%, and the overall residential coverage rate is 78.9%. The population coverage rate  is 93%, with existing 3G, 4G, and 5G base stations totaling 3100; the city’s area coverage rate for 5G networks is 90%.

Current status of Xilin Gol League China Mobile’s network infrastructure resource capabilities

       一、 本地网光缆长度2.8万皮长公里，本地网络覆盖全盟13个旗县市(区)，为4G、5G、家 庭宽带、集团专线等多种业务提供光纤接入。

       二、 长途光缆长度0.5万皮长公里，其中，省内干线约2000公里，将我盟网络接入内蒙省干线路，与乌兰察布、赤峰互通，提供上行至呼和浩特的大带宽业务接入。

       三、 互联网出口总带宽540G，出口带宽利用率55%；5IDC机房可装机架数55；有线宽带设备数264，其中：千兆宽带设备数264；传输设备总数4652；传输设备最大带宽100GE；用户平均接 入距离185米；已开通5G基站数632，目前我公司5G信号已实现城镇区域连续覆盖，重点区域深 度覆盖；已开通4G基站数3410。

       I. The local network has a length of 28,000 kilometers and covers all 13 banners/counties/cities (districts) in the league, providing fiber access for various services such as 4G, 5G, home broadband, group dedicated lines, etc. 

       II. The long-distance optical cable has a length of 5,000 kilometers; among them, the provincial trunk line is about 2,000 kilometers long and connects our league’s network to Inner Mongolia’s trunk line route; it communicates with Ulanqab and Chifeng to provide la rge-bandwidth business access to Hohhot upstream. 

       III. The total bandwidth of Internet exports is 540G; the utilization rate of export bandwidth is 55%; there are five IDC machine rooms that can accommodate racks; there are a total of 264 wired broadband devices; among them：There are a total of 264 gigabit broadband devices; there are a total of 4652 transmission devices; the maximum bandwidth of transmission devices is 100GE; the average access distance for users is about185 meters; there are currently6325G base stations opened; at present our company’s5G sign al has achieved continuous coverage in urban areas and deep coverage in key areas; there are currently34104G base stations opened.94
