Clean energy and related industries

       围绕落实国家大气污染防治计划，建成了锡盟至山东、至江苏两条特高压电力外送通道，正在加快建设配套电厂及风电、光电新能源项目， 目前火电和新能源发电装机达到2780万千瓦(新能源装机1345万千瓦，火电装机1435万千瓦)，两条特高压配套项目全部并网后总装机规模可达3000万千瓦，成为国家重要的清洁能源输出基地。二连微电网作为全国首批智能徽电网示范项目，总规模为254万千瓦，可上网交换电量25%，终端供电价约0.33-0.35元/千瓦时，源网荷储一体化终端供电价不超过0.3元/千瓦时，战略性新兴产业到户电价最低0.29元/千瓦时。拟建多伦经济开发区100MW绿色供电项目、苏尼特左旗产业园100MW绿色供电项目、宝昌产业园100MW绿色供电项目，建成后入驻企业可以优先使用绿电直供， 电价入户价格不高于0.35元/千瓦时。依托电价和电网优势，积极发 展“煤电+”产业，积极推进煤电冶加等产业，大力发展附加值高的新材料产业。推动粉煤灰、脱硫石膏等工业固废综合利用，在高附加值产品和大宗化利用方面聚焦发力。积极推进源网荷储、风光储氢一体化和碳捕捉碳封存、绿电制氢、绿氢制甲醇、绿氬合成氨、氢燃料电池重卡替代等应用示范项目，打造新能源示范应用产业基地。引进满足产业准入、能耗强度、碳排放 “双控”等政策条件，高技术、高附加值、高载能的负极材料、合金材料、高性能玻纤、数据中心等产业项目，打造先进优质高载能产业集聚区。

       To implement the national air pollution prevention plan, two ultra-high voltage power transmission channels from Xilin Gol League to Shandong and Jiangsu have been built. The construction of supporting power plants and new energy projects such as wind and photovoltaic power is being accelerated. At present, the installed capacity of thermal power and new energy has reached 27.8 million kilowatts (13.45 million kilowatts for new energy and 14.35 million kilowatts for thermal power). After all the supporting projects of the two ultra-high voltage lines are connected to the grid, the total installed 

capacity can reach 30 million kilowatts, becoming an important clean energy output base for the country. As one of the first batch of national smart 

microgrid demonstration projects, Eren microgrid has a total scale of 2.54 million kilowatts, with 25% of its electricity available for grid exchange. The terminal power supply price is about 0.33-0.35 yuan/kWh, and the terminal power supply price of source-network-load-storage integration does not exceed 0.3 yuan /kWh. The household electricity price for strategic emerging industries is as low as 0.29 yuan/kWh. The planned construction of a 100MW green power supply project in Duolun Economic Development Zone, a 100MW green power supply project in Sonid Left Banner Industrial Park, and a 100Nm green power supply project in Baochang Industrial Park will allow enterprises to use green direct power supply as a priority after completion,with the price of electricity entering households not exceeding 0.35 yuan/kWh. Relying on the advantages of electricity prices and power grids, we are actively developing “coal-electricity+” industries and promoting coal-electricity smelting and other industries to vigorously develop new materials ndustries with high added value. We are promoting the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid wastes such as fly ash and desulfurized gypsum, focusing on high-value-added products and bulk utilization. We are actively promoting source-network-load-storage integration, wind-light storage-hydrogen integration, carbon capture and storage, green electricity-to-hydrogen, green hydrogen-to-methanol, green argon-to-synthetic ammonia, hydrogen fuel cell heavy truck replacement and other application demonstration projects to build a new energy demonstration application industrial base. We are introducing high-tech, high-value-added and high-load-bearing negative electrode materials that meet industrial access requirements and “double control” policies such as energy consumption intensity and carbon emissions. Alloy materials , high -performance fiberglass, data centers and other industrial projects are being built to create an advanced high-quality high-load-bearing industrial agglomeration area.
