       围绕主导产业延伸配套，大力发展新能源、新材料、生物科技等新兴产业。充分发挥锡林郭勒盟动植物资源丰富且无污染、药用保健价值较高的优势，积极与生物技术研发生产企业和科研院所合作，围绕牛马羊驼的骨血、脏器、油脂、肠衣、胎盘等副产品，研发营养保健品、医药品、化妆品等生物制品，提高畜产品附加值和生物制品产业增加值。以节约资源、保护生态和提高质量为目的，大力发展新型节能环保建筑材料产业。依托我盟丰富的矿产资源，大力发展新材料等高新技术产业。围绕清洁能源输出基地建设，积极引进风机轴承、机壳、支架等核心零部件、太阳能组件、储能氢能装备制造和智慧运维、退役风机资源化利用等延链补链项目， 打造新能源装备全产业链制造基地。
