       锡林郭勒盟已发现矿种80余种，探明储量30余种，其中已探明煤炭储量1448亿吨，预测储量 超过2600亿吨，居全国地级市首位。查明锗资源 储量3300多吨，居全国之首， 占世界探明储量的三分之一，铬矿储量居全国第二位，铜、铅、锌 和萤石等资源储量可观，年均金属矿石产量近1000万吨，非金属矿石产量近600万吨。额吉淖 尔矿产大青盐，是一种特有资源，已有近千年的 开采历史。

       More than 80 mineral species have been discovered in Xilin Gol League with proven reserves of more than 30 species. The proven coal reserves are 1.448 trillion tons with a predicted reserve of over 2.6 trillion tons, ranking first among all prefecture-level cities in China. The proven reserves of germanium resources are more than 3,300 tons, ranking first in the country and accounting for one-third of the world’s proven reserves. The reserves of chromite rank second in the country and the reserves of copper, lead, zinc and fluorite are considerable. The annual output of metal ores is nearly 10 million tons and that of non-metallic ores is nearly 6 million tons. Ejinaoer mineral Daqing salt is a unique resource with a mining history of nearly a thousand years.
