       认真落实自治区铁路、公路、航空、市政、水利、能源、信息通信“七网”体系建设布局，抓住国家扩大有效投资、支持中西部地区加快基础设施建设和自治区推进现代基础设施网络建设的有利时机，按照适度超前、合理布局、完善网络、提升质量的原则，拓宽投资渠道，加大基础设施投入和建设力度，完善重点工业园区、口岸基础设施，加快铁路运输大通道、通用航空机场建设，构建覆盖全域、功能配套、智能高效、安全便捷的现代基础设施网络体系。

       We are conscientiously implementing the layout of the “seven networks” system of railway, highway, aviation, municipal, water conservancy, energy and information communication in the autonomous region. Seizing the favorable opportunity of the state to expand effective investment and support the accelerated infrastructure construction in the central and western regions and the promotion of modern infrastructure network construction in the autonomous region. In accordance with the principles of appropriate advancement, reasonable layout, improved network and quality improvement, we are broadening investment channels, increasing investment and construction efforts in infrastructure ,improving key industrial parks and port infrastructure, accelerating the construction of railway transportation corridors and general aviation airports, and building a modern infrastructure network system that covers the whole city, has supporting functions, is intelligent and efficient, safe and convenient.
